Comment: Dawn, my phone rep, was very professional, kind, and courteous. I was going to use another company who had a better job bid, but Dawn explained my options well and made the sale for me even though Dalworths bid was slightly higher. Excellent customer service. Marcus the field tech was professional and offered great customer service as well. Overall very pleased with the price and performance of the services provided. Will do business with again if the need arises.

Comment: I made a comment to the technician when he arrived that one of my dogs *would* run away if the door is left open; that said, I watched my dogs while he was here except when he was cleaning up to leave. My female bolted out the open front door & almost was hit on Berry St. Please remind all your technicians to heed pet owner instructions ... otherwise, he did a great job on my tile floors.

Comment: There were some issues with the phone order people as well as the service technicians understanding what type of flooring I had, but once they figured it out they did their very best to clean the flooring and make it sparkling like new. Other than some initial confusion, I really did enjoy my experience with Dalworth and I feel that this company absolutely cares about the work they do and it shows.

Comment: The initial phone rep cancelled the appointment without following up with me. When I called back the next day, I got very good service and the appointment was taken care of but I did have to call back to get the appointment done. I am happy with the cleaning job.

Comment: Chris is the absolute best ever. The last guy that came wasn't very good. He was mediocre compared to Chris. I don't know what it is that Chris does different from the others but our carpet looks brand new when he is done. Even the bedroom that has a very high traffic area that always looks terrible when he gets here. He's awesome.
