Comment: I received no advanced call and the technician showed up 30 min prior to the arrival window. Luckily my older children were home and let them in. But I would have preferred to have been able to be there before they started. I am not even sure I got the service I originally asked for, since he was halfway done before I could get home from work- which was the original arrival start time of 3pm. Need a courtesy call from the technicians before they show up - especially early.

Comment: I had the carpets in a newly purchased home cleaned. The previous owners did not take good care of the carpets.The technician was wonderful and explained that the carpets may not come clean due to various conditions. I paid for the premium cleaning and expected the carpets to look much better than they did after the cleaning, but realize this was due to the previous owners.
