Comment: Dean was very knowledgeable and actually explained and suggested the process of removing pet urine that had never been explained or suggested by any other service technician. I will definitely request Dean the next time I have my carpets cleaned. .

Comment: Costel did a phenomenal job of taking out some of the worst carpet stains I've ever seen in a rental home and making it look like he just put down brand-new carpet. I was so impressed, I jumped up and down and actually shrieked. Ha! Honestly, he did a fantastic job and I was extremely impressed. Well done!

Comment: I was VERY pleased with everyone I dealt with at dalworth, from scheduling to the service technician. Great service, good quality cleaning, friendly people. Literally my only question or wondering was that I thought it was odd that the truck had no markings or name on it? Service tech said they had switched to magnetic signs, and that his were stolen. Anyways, wasn't a problem, just found that strange. Thank you though Dalworth for a great clean, and spring fresh carpets!

Comment: One group arrived but had trouble with their equipment, so a second technician was called in (within 45mins) to complete the job. His name was Costel and I have to say, we have had carpets cleaned by Dalworth before and two other well known companies however this time the carpets really do look like new, he did a great job.

Comment: I'm not convinced the smell in carpet is really gone & may have been smarter to just remove the carpet (which didn't settle well with husband). The technician was very easy to talk to and very pleasant. He definitely improved the smelly mess the dogs started & I worsened with my attempts to get rid of the smell. $250 for the one room seemed a bit much but I'd waited more than a week & needed it tended to.
