Comment: For many years, the same young man has come to clean my carpets (sorry, I can't remember his name). This year, it was someone new....Adam. So far, I am good with how my carpets look, but I prefer to wait a few days before determining if I am completely satisfied. The biggest difference with Adam's service and the other person's is, Adam did not use the "bumper pads" to protect the wall corners in my hallway from damage from his hoses, he did not mop up the water left on the hardwood floors outside each bedroom, and he didn't clean up the water in my entry way, which leaked from his hose connection. My arrival window was 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. I received a phone call at 8:17 a.m. saying the technician would arrive as close to 8:30 a.m. as possible, but he was "stuck in traffic" - he arrived at 8:40 a.m. Because Adam made no mention of his late arrival, I asked him how far he had to drive, and learned that he lives in Denton. I felt like the information I received about him being stuck in traffic was not truthful. I would have preferred to be told he was just running late that morning. There is no way anyone can't get to an appointment in Denton (even with traffic) within a 30 minute window. Thank you for letting me leave my comments.

Comment: It took more time for my carpets to dry than I was told and thats with technicians fans and ceiling fans on. Both of my stair are still not completely dry this morning either. That is frustrating. Really liked Richard and felt he was very knowledgable, as well as, friendly. Will use him again to clean my tile, but will factor in much longer dry times for next carpet clean. Dalworth did a much better job than the other companies I have used.
