I thought at first the price sounded high but after the work was done (laminate floors and carpet), everything looked NEW and then the priced seemed like a bargain! Comment: We are very pleased with the work that was completed even with the technician having machine issues, leaving and having to come back later that day. Once the carpet dried we did have one medium size spot that came back in our living room, but the kitchen and the rest of our carpets looks great.

Comment: I think the sofa was left too wet. A little bit of the stain is still there. He left a sticker that he put a protector on it, but there was no verbal talk about the protector We had cat vomit on the sofa.
