Comment: Our cleaner was Steven. We were impressed with his knowledge about the chemistry of stains and found his suggestions helpful. He cleaned another family member's home previously and did a very fine job there too. I will ask for him next time we schedule a cleaning. Steven in an asset to your company, and we will definitely use Dalworth next time we need cleaning service.

Comment: The service tech that was sent to our home, Vinny, was EXCELLENT. He arrived on time, he worked hard and completed his work in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke with Katie in the front office, and she calmed my worried mind, and was amazing. These two folks are assets to your company. I would recommend you to anyone.

Comment: We did this on Tuesday the 23rd and it was raining and 45 degrees. In hind sight, this probably should have been rescheduled as the drying time was majorly extended. Really wasn't dry until this morning. Also, I was under the impression that drying fans would be left behind and they were not. Next time we do this, I will make sure it's a dry day, Also, the tech talked about pet odors but ended up doing just the basics....what I paid for essentially and we can still smell pet odor.

Comment: Service Technician James was prompt and went over all the details before he got started. He worked very efficiently and carefully moved the furniture and replaced it. He willing agreed to do 2 bathrooms that were not included in the original estimate at the discounted price. James is a hard worker and it is evident that he knows how to properly clean carpets. We are glad that we chose the premium service for the 4 rooms and 2 bath areas. We are completely satisfied with DALWORTH Service and the extras such as baseboard cleaning the comes with premium service. Thanks for a job well done. Helen & Tom Dunlap
