Comment: I did not rate the price as a great bargain as I thought the shower cleaning was pricey as there still remained black along the bottom. My expectation was higher for the price. Both Brian and Freddy did an excellent job and we're both very customer service orientated. Also Sherry the phone operator/scheduler was wonderful to work with. Very impressed buy the team. Also had Juan and his team out a few weeks earlier for carpets and got the same level of service.

Comment: I was looking for a decaled truck... the truck was a plain van... I was a little concerned... plus he was by himself...both unusual to me however the tech did a great job!

Comment: I rated the phone representative "fair" because I was left with the understanding that your service would buff out light scuffs on my flooring. If this turns out to be a simple misunderstanding on my part, I would rate his service as "excellent." He was friendly and responsive. Chris, the technician, was outstanding. He educated me on my current flooring versus flooring I've owned in older homes, and saved us all from a situation where I would be unhappy with the service you provided. He then cleaned my carpets, leaving them looking new. Thanks!

Comment: Technician was very polite and informative. He did an excellent job. Our kitchen and bath tile and grout looked like new when he was finished. He explained how to take care of the tile and recommended professional cleanings more often.

Comment: The whole upstairs (carpeted) was stretched and cleaned including the stairs. It now looks like new carpet. I am very pleased and George is the best. I am planning some more work and I will request George.
