Comment: Steven did a good of education which convinced me to up grade to more services, which I had not planned to do. The carpets look better now and I would recommend him to my friends. He also worked hard to complete everything in the limited time that I had. Since i have never paid for carpet cleaning before, I don't know how to rate your prices.

Comment: The whole upstairs (carpeted) was stretched and cleaned including the stairs. It now looks like new carpet. I am very pleased and George is the best. I am planning some more work and I will request George.

Comment: I appreciated being able to place my request online, but I wondered if someone should have looked at the stretching beforehand so I would know what that cost before the technician arrived. Also, my tech was excellent, but I felt badly for him working alone and having to move all the furniture by himself. It also takes much longer with one person doing it all, and that also meant a long day for ME. Send two guys on a carpet stretching job, please.

Comment: It's misleading on the website when ordering upholstery cleaning. I would have thought that meant with soap and water, but it was just a deep vacuum, so I canceled that portion.

Comment: Website did not make it clear (it was in small print) that the carpet stretching service was additional charge. Even though the order stated carpet stretching needed, technicians did not show up with tools and had to leave for over an hour to obtain them. Technician stated that one area of the carpet was likely to come loose again but to call him and he would return and fix it better.
