Comment: Was really impressed with the job done by the service technicians. Had some painting touch-up work done just prior to their visit, and they took great care to avoid the freshly painted areas with their cleaning equipment. Quality of work was excellent.

Comment: When heat or AC came on, I would get ringing in ears, sweaty palms & feet, and greatly increased blood pressure. One time it was so bad I was rushed to the hospital emergency room with about 220 / 140 BP, bathed in perspiration, and dizzy. I had to take Meclizine to alleviate the symptoms, until now. Since the duct cleaning, only slight symptoms after heat has been on for some time. Blood pressure raises a few points at most (e.g. 105 / 65 to 110 / 72, etc. Sometimes not even noticeable. Thanks, Dalworth!!

Comment: Dominique and Felipe were so kind and sensitive to listen to my circumstances and why I was having the duct work cleaning done. I felt that I was being given a truly customized service and attention, one where we were partners in solving the distinct air quality issues I was having, as opposed to their just blindly going through the motions to do the job and get going. They were a pleasure to have in my home and to work along side with in order for me to get the optimum good from the duct work cleaning.

Comment: This is the second time we have had Vinny as our technician. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in cleaning. He takes the time to ensure that the customer is satisfied with his work. He was on time and friendly when he arrived. He takes pride in his job. There were a few stains that just would not come out. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to point them and and explain that they didn't come out. Jenny was my phone representative. She was friendly, quick and thorough. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to search for other appointments to meet my needs. Top notch.

Comment: Bobby did a great job, although the 2 side chairs he cleaned are kind of spotty Could use another once over He was 1.5 hrs late but the prior job was in Chico which is a 2 hr dr to my house. More of an office scheduling issue then technician I have used dalworth for 28 yrs and will continue to use you. Thank you Jane sullivan

Comment: Kermit and Steve went above and beyond and I was pleased with our interaction and my carpets. Both were knowledgable and helpful. I do think, however, that they might have over wet them. Kermit said it would take 3 hours to dry and it took 6-7. Also have a bad smell coming from the subfloor. Overall great job though

Comment: I am 78 years old and my carpet is old (should be replaced however it is too much of a hassle) as well however the Tech.(Juan) was very professional about both, he show no emotions whatever about the difficult job the carpet presented to him and I really appreciate that. He and his helper did a very good job, I am pleased and have already advertised for your company.
