We found him to be a "breath of fresh air" in regards to a service technician. Whenever we have need for a professional cleaning; we will be requesting Jaime. He is competent and efficient. Comment: The phone representative, Dawn, was extremely helpful. She fully explained all of our options. Marcus, the technician, did a great job. We appreciated the fact that he was persistent in removing a couple of stubborn stains. The carpets look great, and he put everything back the way it was. We were fully satisfied and will certainly use Dalworth again.
