I understand that he has been with your company for 14 years and I understand why!!! Comment: Cosandra, the customer service rep, was outstanding. She was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic - almost like she was setting up an appointment for her own carpets. The technician who came to the house was just great also. Overall, a very good experience.

Comment: I do not feel that any service provider can pay attention to detail and provide their best service while on the phone all the time as was the person who cleaned my carpets this time. First time for this to happen. It does not foster a feeling of confidence. I would have said "fair" to attitude and competence because of the use of a cell phone while working but that may be too harsh.

Comment: Kris Barrett did a great job stretching the carpet in our living room. He was very nice and explained what he was going to do. We have never had stretching done by any carpet company before and he did a wonderful job . We would definitely ask him to do our carpet cleaning in the future. Mr. and Mrs. Farley
