Comment: The price was a little higher than others I checked with, but you pay for what I get. I rent, so there is no telling when the last time the entire unit, so the technicians had a job to do. The technician showed me the before and after. Needless to say the before was shocking and disgusting. The after was amazing and I was so pleased. Both were professional and pleasant and let me know Dalworth is service for me. The carpet and furniture technician was also pleasant and professional and I good not believe how clean he got the carpet and furniture. Like I said you pay for what you get and I paid for the best. Thank you Dalworth

Comment: Thank you for a great job done! The carpet is clean and the service was great. Ido t know that I can spend that much money as often I I need my carpet cleaned, though. I do have one problem, not anyone's fault, but I put the cat box back, not wanting the cat to have an accident on the clean carpet, its regular spot before the carpet was dry. Some cat litter got off the mat and turned dark brown. I got a paper towel to see if I could blot it to get it up and it got worse. I assume the cat litter interacted with the moist chemical. Comment: George Harris was the tech who came. He was not only excellent but also pleasant and I will request him the next time I have my carpets cleaned. He worked very hard on an old stain. Looked good when he left but It has reoccured once dry but that his fault. I would like to ask his opinion on the stain and will call your office and ask that he give me a call. Comment: The guys were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do, which was good since we haven't had this work done before. They also did pre-inspection, which was helpful.They ( Brandon and John) cleaned and vacuumed before leaving. ( I would definitively recommend the service and the techs.
