Comment: We have a very thick high quality carpet with a 20 yr warranty. Our dog recently died of cancer and was very sick the last couple of days of her life so we had some serious stains that had to be dealt with. The technician did an awesome job of cleaning our carpet and the spots are gone. We don't mind that it took longer to completely dry. Thanks for the survey!

They did a good job. After leaving we realized they missed cleaning the back bedroom. They were back within 30 minutes to get it. They gave me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Description of Work: I purchased the advertised package then added a few more rooms. They cleaned carpet and ceramic tile floors.

The work turned out great. The billing was kind of a struggle through them. I purchased the deal off Angie's List. I wasn't present at the time. My ex-wife was watching the property that they were going to steam clean. I had the number for everybody - the number of the voucher and proof that I purchased it and everything else. As it came out, they were about to charge me exactly what it would have cost whether I had purchased Angie's List or not. They called me and told me they were going to charge my card for $365 and I had purchased three rooms for $115. They were in a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and a hall. They said, "No, because it even says in this that the hall is included as part of the rooms and that the treated area should not exceed 750 sq ft." Well, it was a 851 sq ft apartment but there were two bathrooms and a kitchen that's not carpeted. So, the end result is it was 750 sq ft. that needed treatment. So I thought I was thoroughly within my rights to be charged only $115. Eventually, it all got worked out but I was on the phone for literally two and a half hours trying to get the the billing right. I'm not upset with Angie's List and I'm not really upset with Dalworth cleaning service because they got everything worked out. The whole process seemed a little clunky. I felt like, perhaps their coupons are out there but they never intend on honoring that dollar amount for the service described. They're going to sell you something extra. Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from them for carpet cleaning.

Comment: I really liked the ease of online scheduling and the ability to custom build and modify my service order. At the same time, it was great to be able to add on services (i.e. carpet repair) after the technician arrived. I am so pleased with how clean our kitchen tile and grout is now, as well as the two areas of carpet we had steamed. Thanks to our technician and Dalworth we are now ready for the holidays! One additional comment: I think Dalworth should invest in credit card readers for mobile credit card pay to make it faster and easier for the technicians to run charge payments.
