Comment: The young man was very professional and competent. I have a totally positive response as to what he did and how well he didi it. He kept me advised as to when I needed to move as he worked his way through the house and answered all of my questions before and after he performed the cleaning service. I give him a 10 of 10.

Comment: Only one area got protected but all areas were still wet 24 hours later. However, some areas were more heavily soiled and I expect the tech had to work harder on those spots. But even the areas with light soil were still damp...could not put furniture back down. Hopefully another 24 hours will do it but it is a problem having everything in the kitchen and on counters. The tech was extremely polite, nice and friendly and I know he did his best to do a good job.

Absolutely perfect. Chris showed up exactly when scheduled. He went above and beyond explaining and asking exactly what I wanted. Cleaned my carpets BETTER than they have ever been cleaned before. And yes, I've had Dalworth clean my carpets previously. But Chris was absolutely the best! Will ask for his services again. Going to contact after the holidays. Fabulous experience. Comment: Service was excellent, Carpets looked great - tough stains even came out. Only complaint I had is that there is a scratch in my wood floors after the technician left.

Comment: The first technician was courteous and explained what was to be done. However, the first job was not satisfactory, so I called for a re-do. The re-do was done on yesterday (11th) and was excellent so far. The Owner/manager came out, was professional, courteous, and assured my wife and I that the job would be completed satisfactorily. The technicians were courteous and went about their job professionally, explaining every step. Great Job and the response to my home was ahead of time..

Comment: The carpet, particularly Berber in one room took 48 hours to dry. Th day the work was performed wasn't a good day for drying (cool and humid), but we were able to open the house up the next day.

Comment: Each person,today & on initial visit, was very polite. All are assets to your company. Everyone has a "first day" & unusual circumstances can happen. Philippe-spelling?-will do just fine! I am glad you will soon have the equipment on all vehicles to use when the anti microbial solution is used. Our home was treated without it except for the one small unit in bedroom. Comment: Richard has been my technician for about 10-12 years. In good times and bad. I have no desire to have anyone else do my carpets. It is always a great job no matter how bad or good it is.
