Comment: I was called by customer service that my technician would be arriving around 8:30am and he ran late due to traffic which was not a problem at all because in the DFW metroplex traffic can change in the blink of an eye and I was also trying to move some things out of his way before he arrived. Kermit Zachary was my cleaning technician and he did an exceptional job in cleaning my carpet and he also informed me that Dalworth installs carpet which I did not know you provided this type of service and will definitely give your company a call when I plan to upgrade the carpet in my home at the first of the new year. I highly recommend Kermit Zachary to anyone for their carpet cleaning needs as he was very professional, polite and well knowledgeable in his job duties. Going forth I will be requesting Kermit's service as my cleaning technician when the need arises to have my carpet cleaned and look forward to another job well done. AAA+++++++

Comment: They cleaned the tile in the kitchen and the entry way on Wednesday, Aug. 26. They were suppose to come back on Friday, August 28th to redo the grout in both the kitchen and entry hall, but they called and said they did not have the color grout that we picked out. They had to reorder the grout and said it would be 5 to 15 working days before it was here. They went ahead and made an appointment to come out on Friday, Sept. 18th between 1 & 3 pm to redo the grout. So far we are very satisfied with their work, now we will see how the grout looks when they finish. Both guys were very nice and very professional. Thanks very much. Nancy Bell

Comment: very nice guy, but one thing i dont think is good business , is when paying by credit card , the technician writes down all the credit card information on his paperwork , not good . i think that the credit card should be called in on the spot , to an customer service rep that enters the card in to the system , for an approval

Comment: TECH WAS VERY HELPFUL..MY CARPETS STILL LOOK GREAT..TECH INFORMED ME THAT MY LAMINATE FLOORS THAT I THOUGHT WERE LAMINATE ARE ACTUALLY VINYL AND THE SWIRL LOOK SHE WAS SEEING WAS FROM THE WAY THEY LAID FLOOR DOWN SO HE HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THAT BECAUSE I THOUGHT PEOPLE WHO LAID FLOORS DOWN USED SOME TYPE OF BUFFER AND MESSED THEM UP BUT ACTUALLY SHOULD LOOK LIKE THAT SO I REALLY APPRECIATED THE INFORMATION

Comment: Chris explained everything to me and let me know the steps of everything he was doing before he did it. He was very knowledgeable. I had an enzyme treatment done and all my odor is gone from the pets. i was happy with Chris.
