Comment: I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. My carpets had not been cleaned in three years, and they look almost new now. The technicians (Monte and Andrew) were able to remove some very tough stains and they did it with care.

Comment: The only comment about the on-line ordering is the ability to specify a particular need. But it still "got the job done"! The technician was outstanding, and I'd ask for Coastal (sp?) again.

Comment: Everything was great about the service except the online order. I place the order with no problems, however I got a phone call the next day saying they couldn't do it the day I requested online. So I had to rearrange my schedule to fit it in. Thank goodness my work schedule was flexible. Other than that I have always had a great experience with Dalworth and I will continue to use this company in the future and I will recommend Dalworth to my friends. Thanks for cleaning so GREAT!! The guy who cleaned my carpet is ALWAYS wonderful too!

The two men came in, moved all the furniture onto the area rug so the wood floor would not be damaged. Furniture was vacuumed thoroughly, then spot treated, then steamed cleaned. Then the spray to protect the furniture was put on. Furniture was moved back into place. Rug was then vacuumed. Description of Work: Reclining sofa was cleaned as was reclining loveseat, reclining fabric chair and footstool and all were treated with a protectorant.
