Comment: Our technician was great. It was tough to see him in long sleeves and long pants. I suppose that has to do with tattoos. It really doesn't bother me. I just felt bad for him because he was working so hard and sweating so profusely. Poor guy went through a ton of water. He was super nice, very knowledgable, and very professional.

Comment: TtHE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTRENMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE SAME TECHNICIAN IN THE FUTURE.

They do a good job. We tried another company and we weren't satisfied so we called them back. Their prices are reasonable. Description of Work: They're about to do our carpet cleaning but they've worked with us before.

Comment: I have used Dalworth for about 30 years now. I have tried a couple other companies but always come back to Dalworth. The technician who came to my home, Chris Hoover, was able to get a black stain out of my carpet that I was told 3 years ago was permanent and would never come out. He was very knowledgeable about what to use to get various stains out. I am so please with the result and will call Dalworth again next time my carpets need cleaning. Thank you so much!

Comment: Website was great and customer service contacted me after I didn't book to see if I had any questions. I explained that I was looking for an evening or weekend appointment which I didn't see any available on the website and they were very prompt in finding me a Saturday appointment that weekend - Thank you! The technician was great, was very friendly and professional and explained everything. Both carpet and upholstery look great!

Comment: Technicians worked very hard and were service oriented. Had one carpeted room that smelled of mildew the next day; either they didn't apply the same service (deoderant), or didn't all the moisture out. Had a spot that technician said would come out, but it didn't, I don't think they properly pretreated it.

Comment: George did a great job and I am very pleased with the results. I had a cat that urinated on all of my furniture and George was able to thoroughly clean it. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs upholstery or rugs cleaned.

Comment: The high traffic areas of my carpet were really dirty especially with my adult children and grandchildren temporarily living with us. I didn't think the carpet would come clean. Luckily all the stains came up and even the deep dark ink spots that were an eye sore are barely noticeable. Great job!
