Comment: Service was provided at 7/8/14 11 a.m. By next morning as drying was completed a brown tinge appeared at several locations on the cleaned carpet. We called Dalworth today (7/9/14) and a technician will be coming tomorrow morning between 9-11). Hopefully this issue will be resolved then.

Comment: Most of the carpet was dry in less than 4 hours. A few extra stained spots that required more cleaning were the only ones still wet after 4 hours. Not a reflection on work of the team; its just physics.

Comment: Vinny was the technician for this service. He's perhaps the best carpet-cleaning technician I've ever had -- saying that from 40 years of having white carpets! Knowledgeable, personable, efficient and effective. I will ask for him next time.

Comment: Our carpet is older and we had some brown spots come up after the treatment. Technicians came out twice and provided excellent customer service, as well as re-treated the carpet to correct the problem.

Comment: I thought the price was a little steep, especially with the buy three rooms, get one free. I was very impressed with Sam - he was VERY thorough and went the extra mile - we have never had anyone from Dalworth perform to his ability - he put plastic under each and every furniture leg, towels on the areas where it could be slick. He went above and beyond to use fans as well. We did request the service where the carpets were to dry faster than the other service and still some of the areas were still damp the next morning.

Comment: We are a regular customer and I find it odd that we have to ask for the online or customer discounts. There should be records that cross reference customer and automatically apply specials. Order online does not work as efficiently as customer service.

Comment: The technicians were excellent! My tile is now lighter in color. I did not know the exact color of the tile because I just moved in. I was pleasantly surprised! It cost a little more than I thought it would as my house is small, but I am happy with the results.
