Comment: Kermit and his assistant did a great job. i just had knee surgery and i'm getting around on crutches so they made sure not to move furniture to obstruct my movement. very heads up and forward thinking crew. they asked politely to hook up to a water supply and notified me that one was busted due to last years freeze. they used my hose and neatly coiled and stowed it back just as they found it. very courteous and professional. this is why dalworth will continue to get my repeat business, your people earn it.

Comment: The phone rep was very personable and made the experience a pleasant one. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and I would use your services again. The service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure dealing with him. Even though the tech was running late, your office did call and inform me of the delay which was extremely professional and which I appreciated. Thanks to everyone at Dalworth!

Comment: Thank you Tony for taking the time to get some tough stains out. I think those areas took a little bit longer to dry but well worth it. I did not leave my fans running so I think that may have slowed drying time as well. Our carpets look great. Also, I apprecaite Tony letting me know that there are stains that i have always thought were permanent that he can get out. I am thining we will hopefully have those treated next time around.
