Comment: I have ordered from Dalwoth before and have been pleased, but Monte EXCEEDED all expectations that I have had for service. He went above and beyond to make sure that the carpet was clean in even hard to reach areas. I have never had a technician move and clean behind the love seat (I have children and that is where crumbs and stains seem to build). He did an outstanding job!

Comment: So very pleased - had not ever had carpets professionally cleaned before, had always done it myself with a home steam extractor. Always thought I was "saving money" by doing it myself, but this is definitely the way to go. One professional cleaning with the right tools and cleaning agents vs. doing it myself multiple times and it never looking or feeling or smelling as clean. Much better results than I ever got by doing it myself. Service technician Austin was commendable - professional, efficient, careful, did not leave any mess after the job was done, explained different options we might want before job started - all in all a good experience. Have already recommended to two people that they consider professional cleaning rather than doing it themselves and will recommend again in the future. Thanks so much for the job well done.
