Comment: In talking with the phone representative I understood that the service technician would do the pet treatment if the $99 treatment didn't work. I thought she had said he could do both the same day, but he was not able to do that after we realized the $99 treatment probably didn't help much (we could still smell the odor, even though it was masked by the vinegary-soapy smell). Once dry, we felt that the initial $99 clean did not help at all - in fact it made it worse (although we were told that could happen). When the technician came out a couple of days later and did the guaranteed pet treatment, it was very thorough and once it dried we were happy with the results. We chose to have the kitchen tile cleaned that day too, and it looks great! Some of the solution got on the edge of the carpet and it looks darker. I have been treating it with Shout and it will probably be OK. We were very pleased that Dalworth scheduled us in at a very busy time.

Comment: One small criticism. I had asked that I be called on my cell when the tech was on his way. He arrived at my door with no phone call. I was fine as I happened to be home. On the flip side, I had erroneously made the appointment a week later than I had needed it. I called the office and the rep was able to fit me in that same day. Very much appreciated. After working with Stanley Steamer and Kiwi I will likely never use anyone but DalWorth. Great experience.

I did use a carpet cleaning company. Yes, I got it from Angie's List. Yes, it was Dalworth Clean. That was fine. The job was fine. It is clean and that's a good thing. Yes, I was satisfied. I am used to cheap so I give them an 'F' on price. Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet.

Comment: The customer service rep did not offer me the discount that I later found online. I called back and she gave it to me. I am a repeat customer, which I told the rep, and feel I should have been offered a discount.

Comment: Since it took so long for the carpets to dry ther was a not so pleasant smell. We used out fans and the air conditioning to assit in the drying process.

Comment: Very happy with service pros, carpets were cleaned great. slot was 730-8, arrived 821am, was told 815am, so not terrible. I've already recommended to two other families. I am not sure if the pet odor treatment worked. serve pro was very informative and told me how to help it. Thanks again!

Comment: Frank and Aaron did a good job. Our main concern was the wetness of the carpet and the length of drying time. They understood our concerns and did their best to remove the excess moisture. I would use them again.
