Comment: Our service window was between 10 & 12. A lady called to let me know that the technician would be rather late coming closer to 12:30. She called that morning pretty early to let me know this so my husband and I decided to go ahead and run our errands. Well, the tech showed up at a little after 11. Luckily, my husband hadn't left yet so he was there. I wasn't home yet so when my husband called to tell me he was already there, I continued on and did his errands for him. The lady also told me when she called that morning that she would call me when he was on his way which she did not do. When I called to ask her about what happened, she said he had closed out his job before our's early - she apologized that she didn't let us know that he would be way early. My husband asked the tech when he showed up why he was so early and he said they had told him to get right over to our house. This could have been a big problem as we could have not been at home when showed up.

Comment: My experience with Dalworth has been superb!!!! They are professional. They do the job they say they are going to do. I plan on using Dalworth all the time for my carpeting needs. We have several people living in the home and there is lots of tracking on the carpet. It is worth every penny to get the Dalworth care for carpets for both maintenance and durabilty.

Comment: I was expecting the technician between 9 and 11 am. He arrived at 11:15. It seems if there were two persons some of the bulkier furniture items could be moved over and back. Otherwise, I was happy with the service we received.

The employees at Dalworth Carpet Cleaning are loyal in return to their customers. I called right before Thanksgiving last year and they managed to squeeze me into their schedule. They also gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. Description of Work: Dalworth Carpet Cleaning cleans my carpets.
