Comment: Technician Jose B was prompt, courteous, informative. In spite of having ample opportunity to push for upgraded services, he was polite, professional and thorough. I feel the customer service provided by a company is what makes or breaks a sale. Although I received a flyer the same day with a lower price for the same services, I will call Dalworth again because of the customer service given by Jose B. Please commend him for his professionalism.

Comment: I am not sure if we had carpet protector applied. I had the premium service done. Even though they were late due to a previous client, someone called me as soon as they realized the technicians were going to be late and apologized for the delay. I think it was about an hour before. I appreciated that. The two technicians were very nice and did an excellent job. The carpets look almost new.

Comment: From the initial phone call which was perfectly done - no high pressure just good and clear options, to the arrival of technician it was a first class job. Harold is a fantastic representative of your company. Excellent work ethic and he worked carefully and efficiently and made sure it was the best job it could be. And he was an extremely nice guy! Really great experience all around. I have already recommended your company since last night and will definately use again.

Comment: We had a lot of stretching to do. I don't love how the seams look. The cleaning part was wonderful. George is a lovely gentleman and I enjoyed haviing him in my home all day. He has a wonderful positive attitude and was always very polite. As for the girl on the phone...we kept missing each other...I had left messages that this was a bigger job than we originally spoke of....but unfortunately, we never reconnected until George came out the first time. I love my clean rugs and would ask to have George come again!

Comment: The service technicians went above and beyond. We had spots that I thought needed to be cut out and patched and he got the stains out without having to patch! Comment: I selected 16-20 hours drying time only because I'm the over cautious type. It was probably dry in much shorter time. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. If we need another cleaning, I would like the same person come and service us again. Thanks.

Comment: I had to call in to schedule my appt because after trying to book online could not get the date I wanted. I received an email asking for alternate date. When I responded, I was asked a few general questions to see what could be done and never received a response, therefore causing me to need to call in.
