Comment: The technicians were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations. Very courteous and informative. The office staff did not keep me informed about the techs' late arrival on the first day. My expected arrival time was 12-2, I called the office at 1:45 and was told by the office staff the techs were on their way and would be there by 2:00. The technicians did not arrive until 2:45. Technicians apologized for their late arrival and explained the situation with running late from their last job. Also, when I set up the appointment I was told there was no specials running for duct cleaning and rarely were there any specials for this particular service. I received a coupon in the mail today from a weekly coupon mailer, and there was an advertised coupon for duct cleaning. I found that very disappointing.

Comment: Steve Franklin and his assistant always do a great job, and our carpeting looks so nice when they have finished cleaning.

Comment: The technician said it was fine to walk on the carpet, so we did, but it probably was not a good idea. I believe my shoes left several spots because they look very much like parts of footprints--I'm spot cleaning them today. Understand there is a warranty, but I didn't want to call back for these.

Comment: Steve Franklin and his assistant/ technician were friendly, professional and completed my job within the timeframe requested and did an outstanding job, as always. I note on my cleaning request that if Steve Franklin cannot be the technician assigned, I'll be happy to change my requested day/time to accommodate the time when he will be available. He and his assistant have been here numerous times and know how I like my carpets cleaned and my expectations and I have been very pleased with the outcome each time.
