The service was good. They did charge extra because 2 of the rooms were too big. The scheduling was good. The technician was really good and only one person came and cleaned the carpet. Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the whole house.

Comment: The representative was totally positive about his ability to clean my areas of concern. I left him in the home alone so I could return to work therefore I didn't see the finished product until visiting the home later that night. He cleaned areas that I just thought could not be cleaned. He delivered on his promise and all furniture was returned exactually where it originated. I have used Dalworth in the past and the service level has not decreased.

Comment: I had an in home consultation prior to the clening. The consultant was not compitent. Luckily the tech was. So I would recomend the cleaning..not the other services.

Comment: Dusty is always courteous, very professional and makes every effort to clean my carpets and spots with excellence. I believe he uses the best products Dalworth has available him to do his very best for his customers. My only complaint is not against Dusty's performance, but more so against the stain removing products Dalworth has available for him to use. The urine spot from this treatment is still visible. It is lighter, but still there. My expectation was that it would be gone completely. My thought is that Dalworth simply doesn't use a strong enough product to get out these type of stains. I may be incorrect, but I would expect same day treatment of a urine stain is something that could be removed. On normal everyday cleaning and professionalism, I would rate Dalworth excellent! I would not rate your company so highly on getting out stains. I would recommend Dalworth for normal cleaning in a heart beat. However, for more stubborn stains, I would suggest they do their research for a company with stronger chemicals available for the best result for their money. Thank you for your service, you have a great staff of professionals working for you that are very nice to deal with.

Comment: Since I went with the middle option which included drying fans, I think you should indicate how long the fans will be in place. While the fans were very helpful on the areas that were done first the master bedroom and the stairs were done last. The stairs being a higher traffic area remained damp throughout the night. I would have like to see the fans left on longer to ensure quicker drying. I did not say anything to the technician and perhaps I should have. Overall, the work was very well done and I was satisified. My concern is that since the stairs remained damp dirt will show faster as it may well have been tracked on especially since I have 5 children. I will use your service again. Thank you.
