Comment: I want to thank you for sending the technician that you sent to my house. He was such a pleasant person and enjoyed having him. He was informative and friendly so I did not have any doubts of how my carpet would look. Thanks again, and I will only use Dalworth from now on. Comment: I booked a time online, but it was not available. Dal worth called and gave me a better day that wasn't online, but it was a late day appointment. I happily took it, but wished that it could be earlier. On the day of service, Dalworth called and asked if they could come about two hours earlier than the late window of time. I was thrilled. Great time. Great service. I will definitely use you again!

Comment: I was having the carpets cleaned after tenants were evicted. The technician accurately informed me about the horrible condition of the carpets and honestly told me that the work could not be guaranteed due to the stains and trash. I requested that he do his best so that when I was back in town I could make a decision about replacing the carpets. He called me when he finished and said that the carpets cleaned up better than anticipated. He did a great job and I appreciate the straightforward communication.

Comment: Overall experience from first phone call through the entire service was top quality and communication with all personnel was an enjoyable experience. Howard worked long and very diligently to make every inch of my home clean. He also took the time to instruct me on proper care of the carpet between cleanings which I appreciated and this extra effort made me feel that he cared about providing the best service. Comment: Overall I was very pleased with your services. I am the office manager for an appraisal company and we had a situation where the appraiser accidently got mud on a home owner's carpet. Based on the price, the guarantee, how quickly you could get to the home, and the overall rating of your company on the internet, I decided to give your company a chance. The woman on the phone, Megan, was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The home owner told me the service technician was very nice and professional and got the stain out of the carpet for her. The only issue was that the technician was supposed to call our office when he was done so I could pay for the service (as I was unable to prepay) and there was some confusion when he tried to collect payment from the home owner. The home owner called me and I called your company and we were able to get the issue resolved, but it could have ended up being an issue. I have to give high marks to your people on the phones - every person I spoke with was very pleasant and willing to do what was necessary to ensure I had a positive experience.

Comment: Dusty Lewis was my technician - and I am so impressed & pleased!! He was extremely friendly and a very hard worker. I had terrible hardwood floors - many layers of wax built up - and he worked for HOURS on them, bringing them back to life! I honestly didn't think they could be saved... but Dusty truly saved the day. I would refer him & Dalworth to anyone who will listen. :) Many thanks!!

I had not had my carpets cleaned in 9 years and was impressed with how nice they looked when he finished. He was also very happy to redo a few spots I felt needed extra attention.
